What we collect

Account details you provide (name, email, vehicle information, insurer, emergency contacts) and incident information you capture yourself.

What we don't do

We don't sell your personal information. We don't share it with any third party without explicit, purposeful consent captured inside the app.

Evidence

Evidence photos are uploaded only when you choose to capture them as part of an incident record.

Legal referrals

Only shared with a legal support provider if you opt in on the consultation consent screen.

Rights

You may request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time via the contact page.
